Cancellation Policy
LaNise Aesthetics LC Booking Policy At LaNise Aesthetics LC, every appointment is designed to provide a relaxing, professional, and personalized experience. Please review the following policies before booking. ✨ New Client Booking Policy All new clients are required to pay a $25 deposit to secure their appointment. This deposit goes toward your scheduled service and is non-refundable and non-transferable. For all facial appointments, a consultation is required to discuss skincare goals, concerns, and treatment expectations. Consultations may be completed: • Virtually before your appointment • Or at the beginning of your appointment 🤍 Returning Clients Returning clients may book directly without an additional consultation deposit. This flexibility is based on consistency, communication, and mutual respect for scheduling time. 🚫 No-Show & Cancellation Policy Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. • No-shows: Full service amount will be charged • Late cancellations: A flat $55 fee applies to appointments canceled during the same week as the scheduled appointment The $55 fee is standard for all appointments regardless of service cost. However, if you reschedule within 1–2 weeks of your original appointment date, the $55 fee will be waived. The fee only applies to appointments that are completely canceled week-of. Repeated no-shows or cancellations may require deposits for future bookings. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • Late arrivals may result in shortened or rescheduled services • Arrivals beyond the grace period that cannot be accommodated may be considered a no-show ✨ Consideration Appointments After-hours, squeeze-in, or emergency appointments may be accommodated when available. • These appointments include an additional $25 consideration fee/gratuity for schedule accommodations 🤍 Final Note By booking with LaNise Aesthetics LC, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
